Welcome to Collect. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Collect helps users discover class action settlements they may be eligible for and assists in filing claims. The App aggregates publicly available settlement information and provides tools to streamline the claim filing process. Collect does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The App does not require account registration. A unique device identifier is generated locally to associate your preferences and claims. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. Collect does not process refunds directly.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date settlement information. However, settlement details are sourced from third-party websites and may change without notice. Collect makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Always verify details on the official settlement website before filing a claim.
When you file a claim through the App, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Submitting false or fraudulent claims is prohibited and may result in denial of your claim or legal consequences. Collect acts only as an intermediary tool and is not responsible for claim outcomes.
Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice. The information provided is for informational purposes only. For legal questions regarding a specific settlement, consult a licensed attorney.
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Collect and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading claims; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure; (e) use automated systems to access the App without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
